Hello Beccarich;Like so many on here, we are all just tryin’ to figure out what works with our new reality. Until the Next new reality:) I can only share a couple tricks that currently work for me. I do whatever is possible during a relapse, try to keep, as healthy as possible frozen dishes for the Worst days. Pop ‘em in the microwave. When I am able again, I do alot of stir fry. Lean protein, and all the fresh veggies I can think of. Thank goodness for Walmart home delivery! I can tolerate about 10 minutes of standing right now so I prep for ten, rest, then prep some more. Try to cook enough to take care of 3/4 meals at once, if possible. I have a treadmill at home luckily, so How I walk or how long I walk are up to me. Starting back, me and whatever service I am streaming, will usually make it a 1/2 mile. I slowly increase distance and speed day to day. If I have pushed too far, I’ll be wiped out for a couple days. I dont freak out over that anymore:) When I can, I get back up and start the process again. Best to you as you figure out what works for you.
